Consults
We recognise the importance of spending time with our clients allowing us to be thorough and conscientious during consultations. As a rule we allocate longer consult times than is usual to allow us meet, greet and treat your pets in a stress-free and relaxed environment. Our main focus is caring for your pet and tending to their individual needs. And of course we want to make sure we have ample time to chat with you and to answer any questions you may have! There will always be a vet present in our clinic so in the event of an emergency we will be in a position to treat your pet without delay.
